Enrollment Steps:

Attend an in-person or virtual session. | This is where you are able to ask any questions you may have and get 1:1 assistance with enrollment.

Complete Application for Enrollment | This is the formal application. This indicates that you want to enroll your child(ren) at VLA. At this point you will fill out all required paperwork, including the family handbook acknowledgement, and pay the application fee. (Please note, completing the application does not guarantee acceptance. Space is limited and we will accept students we have the capacity to serve. If you are not accepted, we will keep your application on file and notify you immediately if we are able to accommodate you.)

Submit EFA Documentation | EFA is FREE funding for PARENTS that can pay for your child's tuition. When using EFAs, you will be need to submit documentation such as your Proof of Residence (Utility Bill, State ID with correct address, Lease, etc), Birth Certificate of ALL students being enrolled, SSN of ALL students being enrolled ,to your newly created account. If you opt not to use EFA’s, first tuition installment is due July 30. We can assist with this step and will walk you through the entire process if needed.
